The Role:
- Own the full bid lifecycle – pipeline to submission to review
- Lead bid/no‑bid decisions with insight, data and commercial judgement
- Drive best‑practice governance, compliance and consistency
- Monitor procurement portals and identify strategic opportunities
- Coordinate kick‑off meetings, timelines, inputs and stakeholder accountability
- Create persuasive, tailored bid responses across the business
- Manage PQQs, ITTs, presentations and portal submissions
- Partner with Operations, Commercial, Design and Leadership teams
- Build, evolve and control a central bid library
- Ensure bids are clear, compelling, compliant and client‑focused
- Embed ESG, sustainability and social value messaging
- Analyse outcomes, feedback and win‑rates to drive improvement
About You:
- Is proactive, organised and commercially astute
