Our leading food manufacturer with sites situated across the UK is looking for Multi Skilled Engineers to support the Engineer Manager in reactive and planned maintenance and ensure high standards are met. You will be diagnosing faults, identifying problems on machinery, and implementing solutions.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preventative, planned and reactive maintenance
- Identify and highlight potential equipment failures
- Perform maintenance activities safely and in compliance with safety regulations
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and resolve issues to minimize downtime
- Use problem-solving techniques to effect repairs and resume production quickly
- Identify and implement improvements in plant and equipment
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- NVQ Level 3 / HNC/ ONC/ HND or equivalent
- PLC Fault Finding
- FMCG background experience would be advantageous
