The Role:
As Multi Skilled Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining both bottling and canning lines within PPM schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximising the efficiencies of the production line(s)
- Minimising any stops in production
- Detailed PPM schedule on all elements of production equipment delivered within timeframes.
- Reactive maintenance and repairs to minimise downtime with documented system of Root Cause Analysis and supporting data for any issues/breaks in production or quality.
- Explore Continuous Improvement on all elements of production including efficiencies and quality of finished product.
- Supporting the Production team in maintaining the most efficient processes across each shift.
- Key support to delivering and maintaining 'audit standards' throughout the site at all times.
- Ultimately minimise any overall downtime to maximise output in line with our standards.
The Candidate:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an engineering or maintenance role within the FMCG, food, drinks manufacturing, or pharmaceuticals sector.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of production equipment, process controls, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Continuous Improvement Knowledge: Knowledge and application with continuous improvement methodologies.
Requirements:
- Qualifications ideally you will be timed served maintenance engineer. Other Mechanical or Electrical qualifications can be considered providing you have relevant experience within Drinks.
