Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Bingley Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Thursday 12:00pm to 10:00pm (4 shifts) £45,780, Overtime available at 1.5 or double time, 5% bonus Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer The Role You will work as part of the Engineering Team on a rotating shift pattern. On late shift you will only work 4 shifts. Your main roles and responsibilities will include… · Diagnose and resolve a wide range of mechanical and electrical faults in a hands-on maintenance role · Respond to breakdowns safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime · Manage external contractors on-site and ensure compliance with safety standards · Contribute to scheduled maintenance and project work across the facility · Work at height and handle heavy loads using appropriate tools and safety measures · Source and order parts/tools with a focus on cost-effectiveness and sustainability Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer The Candidate You must be an experienced Electrically biased maintenance engineer who has worked in a manufacturing environment. You will also have the following skills, experiences and attributes… · Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role within a manufacturing environment · Level 3 or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline · Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in all tasks · Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments (e.g. production, planning, warehouse) · Initiative to research and solve technical challenges independently · Health & Safety qualification (desirable but not essential) INDAB
