We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Manager to lead an Ofsted-registered children's residential home.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of an Ofsted-registered children's residential home.
Inspire, support, and develop a high-performing team through strong leadership, supervision, and coaching.
Ensure the home operates in full compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding legislation, and organisational policies.
Promote a positive, child-centred culture where children feel safe, respected, and empowered.
Develop and oversee personalised care plans tailored to each young person's unique needs.
Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with social workers, education providers, healthcare professionals, and families.
Monitor and drive positive outcomes for children and young people.
Manage the home's budget and resources efficiently and responsibly.
Maintain accurate records and complete all statutory notifications and reporting requirements promptly.

About You To excel in this role, you will have: Experience working within a children's residential home setting.
