Role Overview: As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the leadership team to take ownership of the company’s marketing strategy, driving brand growth, generating demand, and showcasing the company’s expertise and services. A key part of the role involves leveraging Dynamics 365 CRM, implementing email automation to support lead generation, and creating campaigns that nurture customers throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a results-focused marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Create and implement an email automation strategy within Dynamics 365 to support lead generation and customer engagement, including mass email campaigns.
- Design a suite of customer touchpoint emails to enhance engagement and ensure a seamless experience.
- Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns including digital, social media, email, and content marketing to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
- Produce high-quality, engaging content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and lead conversion goals.
- Manage the company’s online presence, ensuring the website and social channels are optimized for engagement and accurately reflect the brand.
- Maintain and update internal systems, including Dynamics 365, with accurate marketing and customer journey data.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A confident communicator with a proven ability to generate compelling content and establish thought leadership across digital platforms.
- Experience with email automation tools and CRM platforms (ideally Dynamics 365), with expertise in mass email marketing strategies.
- Strong digital marketing experience, including SEO, PPC, and social media management.
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills focused on engaging and converting B2B audiences.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and customer journey mapping.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
- A proven track record in a consultative marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment, demonstrating success in driving demand and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Expertise in business social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and the ability to leverage them effectively for brand growth and engagement.
