Kingdom People are pleased to be partnering with a successful and rapidly expanding FMCG company. With ambitious growth plans, this is a great time to join the team and play a key role in keeping production and fulfilment running smoothly.
The Role:
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be responsible for keeping materials moving efficiently between goods-in, storage, production and fulfilment. Your day-to-day will include:
- Unloading and checking incoming deliveries
- Storing materials safely and accurately
- Picking and delivering materials to production and fulfilment lines
- Stock counting, inventory checks and location control
- Operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
- Maintaining a safe, tidy and organised warehouse
- Supporting the Warehouse Manager and wider production team with daily and ad-hoc tasks
About You:
- Previous warehouse, logistics, production or packing experience
- Current Reach Truck AND Counterbalance forklift qualifications are essential
- Good communication and literacy skills
- A strong understanding of warehouse health & safety
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with warehouse/stock systems is advantageous
