We’re recruiting for an experienced Fulfilment Manager to join a fast growing, values led consumer business at an exciting stage of its growth. This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the fulfilment operation, leading and developing a team to deliver excellent productivity, quality and customer service.
The Role
- Leading, motivating and developing the fulfilment team
- Managing daily fulfilment, dispatch and order processes
- Planning staffing levels and resources to meet operational demand
- Setting and monitoring KPIs, productivity and quality
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Creating and maintaining SOPs and work instructions
- Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Technology teams
- Managing performance, absence, recruitment and employee development
- Championing excellent Health & Safety standards
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the site
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Fulfilment, Warehouse or Dispatch Manager who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience managing a fulfilment or dispatch operation
- Experience within B2C, FMCG or a similar fast-moving environment
- Strong people-management and leadership skills
- Confidence using cloud-based systems and technology
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions quickly
- A genuine interest in continuous improvement and developing people
