Are you an experienced Fire Service Engineer looking for a new role? Do you have experience with fire alarms, detection, suppression and aspirating systems? If so, this Fire Service Engineer position is perfect for you!

This Fire Service Engineer role is field based, covering the North West. The role is Monday to Friday, paying a basic salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience. With Travel and Overtime, the OTE is realistically around the £45,000 - £48,000 mark.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of fire alarm, detection, suppression and aspirating systems across commercial customer sites. The role will involve carrying out planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, remedial works and system testing to ensure all equipment remains fully compliant and operational. You will work independently across a variety of environments, providing a professional and customer focused service while completing detailed service documentation and communicating effectively with clients on site. The position will also involve responding to urgent fault calls, supporting system reliability and representing the business with a proactive and solutions focused approach.

You will need:

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience servicing addressable fire alarm systems
  • To be able to perform installations
  • ECS card and FIA qualifications (or similar)
  • Experience with gas suppression, CCTV, Access Control or Aspirating systems is advantageous
