The Role
- Set up and operate machinery
- Monitor line performance and production output
- Carry out routine maintenance and machine adjustments
- Troubleshoot issues and minimise downtime
- Complete quality checks and production records
About You
We're looking for someone with recent hands-on experience operating semi-automated machinery, ideally within manufacturing or production.
- Mechanically minded with good problem-solving skills
- Confident working independently and to SOPs
- Safety and quality focused
- A good communicator and team player
- Keen to learn and develop
- Lean/Continuous Improvement experience is desirable
