Were recruiting two Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing site in Marden, Kent, supporting a fast-moving, mission-led consumer brand thats shaking up the household products market. Whats the role all about?
As a Machine Operator, youll be responsible for running and monitoring production machinery to ensure output targets, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently met.
This is a practical, shop-floor role where attention to detail, teamwork and reliability really matter.
Youll be responsible for:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Carrying out basic machine set-ups, adjustments and checks
- Ensuring products meet quality standards
- Identifying and reporting faults or issues quickly
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Supporting changeovers and production flow
- Working closely with team leaders and colleagues to meet daily targets
- Following all Health & Safety and site procedures
Youll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently and safely.
What youll need
To be successful as a Machine Operator, youll bring:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or machine operating role
- A strong work ethic and positive, team-focused attitude
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness
- Ability to work to targets in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical awareness and confidence using machinery
- A strong commitment to Health & Safety
Full training will be provided the right attitude is just as important as experience.
Hours & Pay
- £34,281 per annum
- 45 hours per week
- Monday to Friday | 7:00am 5:00pm
- Permanent roles
- Location: Marden, Kent
