Kingdom People are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer of medical products that supplies customers across the UK and Europe. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Line Leader to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and monitor production equipment
- Operate machinery safely and effectively
- Lead and support the training of other team members
- Ensure raw materials are correctly and sufficiently supplied to the production line
- Support the achievement of daily and weekly shift objectives
- Record and manage data using both IT systems and paper-based processes
- Plan, organise, and monitor workloads to meet production targets
- Prepare and submit accurate production reports
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role (desirable)
- Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Aware of health and safety standards within a production environment
