This Senior Sprinkler Service Engineer position is based in Gillingham , with travel to customer sites as required.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:3017:00 .
The role is permanent and paying up to £45,000 depending on experience , with an excellent benefits package.
As the Senior Sprinkler Service Engineer , you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault finding, testing, commissioning and repairing a wide range of commercial and residential sprinkler systems, as well as wet riser and dry riser installations.
Acting as a senior technical specialist, you'll support engineers with complex faults, mentor junior members of the team and build strong relationships with customers by providing expert technical advice and ensuring the highest standards of service.
You'll also produce detailed service reports, identify opportunities for remedial works and system upgrades, and work closely with Service Managers to support quotations, tenders and the continued growth of the sprinkler division.
You will need: Extensive experience servicing and maintaining commercial and/or residential sprinkler systems Strong knowledge of BS EN 12845, BS 9251, LPC Rules and other relevant fire protection standards Experience inspecting, servicing and maintaining wet riser and dry riser systems Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills Previous experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers Full UK driving licence ?
