Im currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing social housing contractor based in Warrington, who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support their Multiple Social Housing New Build Projects across Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire.
Youll be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects, including:
- New Build Housing
- Kitchen and bathroom replacements
- Cost control and commercial reporting
- Managing subcontractor accounts
- CVRs and final accounts
- Working closely with operational teams to maximise project performance
My client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a social housing environment, ideally with:
- Proven experience as a Project / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor within Speculative or Social housing
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
