Quality Controller

FMCG Marden, Kent Our client, an established business within the fmcg sector is looking for a dedicated Quality Controller to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining the highest quality standards.

The Role As a Quality Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring that products meets quality, safety and customer specifications before it reaches customers.

Key Responsibilities Inspect products for quality, appearance and specification compliance.

Identify and report defects, damage or quality concerns.

Monitor storage conditions.

Complete accurate inspection records and quality documentation.

Assist with product sampling and quality testing.

Work closely with colleagues to investigate and resolve quality issues.

Ensure compliance with health & safety and company quality standards.

Support the training of new team members where required.

About You We're looking for someone who: Has previous quality control experience, ideally within the fmcg sector.

Understands storage and inspection processes.

Has excellent attention to detail and can identify issues quickly.

Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively.

Can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Holds a driving licence (preferred).

Working Hours Alternating weekend working is required.

Shifts are typically 1012 hours, with flexibility to work longer during busy periods.
