IT Training content creator needed for a large client. We are looking for a creative and detail-focused Training Content Creator to work alongside the Programme Training Lead in developing engaging, digital learning materials to support the successful rollout of the clients process remediation transformation programme. This role will focus on the development of Computer-Based Training (CBT) modules that are SCORM-compliant and aligned with our process, system, and data changes. The ideal candidate will be a digital learning specialist with experience simplifying complex information into clear, accessible content.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Training Lead to create engaging eLearning content in support of the PRISM training strategy
  • Design, write and build SCORM-compliant CBT modules using the eloomi LMS
  • Translate technical process and system documentation into learner-friendly, role-based digital learning
  • Ensure content is aligned with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training plans, and user journeys
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and visual branding across all training materials
  • Conduct peer reviews and incorporate feedback to enhance learning impact and accessibility
  • Support testing and upload of content into the eloomi LMS and troubleshoot formatting or compatibility issues
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training content based on feedback and analytics
  • Assist with the development of quick reference guides, screen recordings, and other supporting digital assets as required
