Hours – 4 on 4 off Shift Pattern, Alternate Weeks, 7am- 6pm

Due to continued growth and a significant increase in workload, they are now seeking a skilled and experienced HGV Technician to join their dedicated team. Working in a well-equipped workshop with a supportive and relaxed environment, this is an excellent opportunity for an HGV Technician who takes pride in their work and is looking for a stable, long-term position within a respected and expanding business.

The Role
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults on HGVs and trailers.
- Carry out routine maintenance, inspections, and MOT preparations in line with manufacturer standards.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently to DVSA and company standards.
- Maintain a relaxed, clean and organised workshop environment.
Requirements
- Must have experience working on HGV’s of any kind.
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs is preferred but our client is open to looking at NVQ Level 2 providing they have solid experience working on HGV’s.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Must have own tools.
