We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional to play a key role in driving quality improvements, supporting customers and suppliers, and ensuring products and processes meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer quality concerns, complaints, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Supporting internal and external audits and maintaining quality management system requirements.
- Working closely with suppliers to improve quality performance and resolve supplier-related issues.
- Updating quality documentation including Control Plans, PFMEAs, SOPs, and inspection standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience within a Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance role in manufacturing.
- Experience handling customer complaints and non-conformance investigations.Understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
- HNC/HND qualification in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
