Are you an experienced Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to advance your career? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation seeking a passionate and committed Registered Manager to lead an Ofsted-registered children’s residential home. As the Registered Manager, you will provide overall leadership, management, and day-to-day oversight of the home, ensuring full compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards. You will foster a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for the children in your care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operation of an Ofsted-registered children’s residential home.
  • Inspire, support and develop a high-performing team through effective leadership, supervision and coaching.
  • Ensure the home operates in full compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding legislation and company policies.
