We are recruiting for a Mechanical Technician to join a specialist engineering team working on marine and ship-based equipment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys practical engineering, troubleshooting, and variety in their role.
What You ll
Doing: Mechanical assembly, strip-down, and rebuild of equipment.
Fault finding, diagnosis, and carrying out corrective actions.
Rework and repairs using engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Supporting investigations into mechanical issues and helping to identify solutions.
Visiting ships and customer sites across the UK and Europe, with potential for further international travel.
Working closely with engineers and customers to resolve technical problems.
