Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a background in precision engineering or aerospace manufacturing? Do you enjoy driving continuous improvement, solving technical production challenges and improving manufacturing processes?

We are supporting a leading aerospace manufacturing business in Bedhampton who are looking to recruit a Manufacturing Engineer on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Whats the role all about? As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations, improving production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Working closely with Production, Quality, Suppliers and Customers, you'll help ensure manufacturing and quality processes remain robust, efficient and compliant with industry standards. This is a varied role where you'll support both day-to-day manufacturing activities and longer-term improvement projects within a highly regulated engineering environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support manufacturing operations with technical and process engineering expertise
  • Act as a liaison between Production, Quality, Suppliers and Customers on engineering issues
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and product lifecycle processes
  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes
