Role Overview & Future Potential
- Hours: 25 hours per week (Weekend only)
- Contract: Temporary until September, with a review to extend through our quiet period.
- Career Growth: For the right candidate, there is a genuine opportunity to transition into a regular Monday-to-Friday shift after this period.
Shift Pattern & Schedule
- Enjoy having your entire Monday through Friday completely free!
- Saturday: 6:00 am – 7:00 pm (includes a 30-minute break and 2x10 minute breaks)
- Sunday: 6:00 am – 7:00 pm (includes a 30-minute break and 2x10 minute breaks)

Key Responsibilities
- As a vital part of our production line, you will focus on the final stages of our manufacturing process:
- Operating and managing the end-of-book trimming machinery.
- Safely and efficiently stacking and palletising finished books as they come off the line.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe workspace.
- Conducting basic quality checks to ensure high standards are met before distribution.
What We Are Looking For
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical, repetitive work, including lifting and palletising books throughout a 12-hour shift.
- Rock-Solid Reliability: Absolute punctuality is a must, as you will be managing a key operational shift.
