Kingdom People are pleased to be partnering with a leading business in the FMCG space. Due to ongoing growth and volume of work, they are currently recruiting for a Fulfilment Operative to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
The Fulfilment Operative will be responsible for ensuring all goods are correctly picked and labelled and dispatched on time daily whilst ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities will include:
- Manual handling for the stacking of labelled products ready for dispatch
- The picking and packing of bespoke customer orders to a set standard and efficiency
- Quality checking of products to ensure the high standards required are always achieved
- Labelling of finished goods ready for shipment, manually and through semi-automated lines
- Using IT software to correctly print labels, pick and pack boxes and process returns
- Keeping the Health & Safety of yourself and others at the forefront of everything you do
You will have:
- No previous packaging or production experience is required, just a positive, collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Great attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- Enjoy working as part of a team, contributing to the achievement of targets and deadlines
- Be able to work in a warehouse environment, in a quick and efficient way with minimal supervision. All tasks involve standing
- Good English language skills to understand Health & Safety instructions and communicate effectively with team members
