Shift Options & Pay
- Early Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm £12.71 per hour
- Late Shift: 3:15 pm – 11:45 pm £12.71 per hour, with enhanced pay
- Late Shift Premium: £13.98 per hour for all hours worked after 6:00 pm
