We are supporting a specialist manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Spot Welder Operative to join their production team. As a Spot Welder Operative, you'll be responsible for operating resistance welding equipment to manufacture precision components in line with production and quality standards. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, consistency and quality are key. You'll work closely with production and quality teams to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to specification.
- Operate resistance welding machinery and associated production equipment
- Manufacture components in line with engineering drawings and work instructions
- Carry out visual inspections and quality checks on finished products
- Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications
- Support production targets and delivery schedules
