Are you an experienced Document Controller looking to join a growing, specialist engineering team? We’re currently hiring for a Document Controller based in Portsmouth, supporting projects that help deliver safe and compliant smoke control and ventilation systems.

You’ll play a key role in managing all project documentation – from version tracking and compliance to liaising with engineers, project managers, and clients. It’s a vital position where your attention to detail will keep projects running smoothly, efficiently, and in line with industry standards.

Up to £35,000 salary DOE, with excellent benefits and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

What do you need?

  • Proven experience in document control, ideally in construction, HVAC, or engineering
  • Strong admin and organisational skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and document management systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Full right to work in the UK

The details:

  • Full-time, permanent
  • 35 hours per week (Mon–Thurs: 08:30–16:30, Fri: 08:30–14:00)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
