Job Title: CRM Marketing Manager Salary: £40,000 + Benefits Location: Newton-Le-Willows Overview: Our client is seeking a strategic, results-driven CRM and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, manage and nurture leads, build loyalty, retention, and satisfaction across our diverse group of services. They will leverage HubSpot and data-driven insights to support personalised marketing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI. Duties: * CRM Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive 6-12 month CRM strategy and roadmap aligned with commercial goals to enhance customer relationships. * Data Management: Lead and oversee the collection, segmentation, and analysis of customer data to inform marketing strategies and personalised communication. * Campaign Management: Drive the technical implementation for end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns and act as the go-to CRM expert. * Customer Segmentation: Segment the customer database based on demographics, behaviour, and preferences to tailor marketing efforts. * Marketing Automation: Utilise marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo) to automate marketing workflows, including lead nurturing and drip campaigns. * Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. * Personalisation: Implement personalisation strategies to deliver tailored service-specific content and offers across various channels. * Customer Retention: Develop and execute customer retention strategies, such as loyalty programmes and personalised offers, to increase customer lifetime value. * A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing and analysis to optimise marketing campaigns and customer journeys. * Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, customer service, and IT teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. * Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer retention rate, and customer lifetime value (CLV), report, share learnings and opportunities. Experience: * Minimum 2-years’ experience in CRM marketing (ideally HubSpot, but not compulsory), database marketing, or related roles, and able to demonstrate a track record of successful CRM campaigns. * Proficiency in data analysis, marketing automation, segmentation, and email marketing. * Strong commercial awareness, with a track record of creating targeted, sector-specific campaigns and content that support sales, marketing and business objectives Qualifications & Licences: * Education: A bachelor\’s or advanced degree in marketing, business, or a relevant certification (e.g., CRM certification) is advantageous * A driving licence holder * A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance * Relevant other accreditations welcome
