Are you an experienced and motivated Creative Artworker and would like to join a very successful and established company? There is a starting salary of £25,000 plus many benefits including an early finish on a Friday The Role: ·      Create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including but not limited to digital and print ads, brochures, social media graphics, and presentations. ·      Develop visually consistent and on-brand designs that align with the company\’s messaging and objectives. Adobe Creative Cloud Mastery: ·      Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. ·      Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to enhance creativity and productivity. Collaboration: ·      Work closely with the marketing team to understand project goals and requirements. ·      Collaborate with copywriters, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure creative assets meet project specifications ·      Conduct thorough quality checks on all artwork to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. ·      Address feedback and make revisions as needed in a timely manner. Project Management: ·      Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. ·      Keep up with project timelines and communicate effectively with team members. Adaptability: ·      Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing project needs and priorities. ·      Proactively seek feedback and continuously refine designs to meet evolving requirements About You: ·      Ideally a degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. ·      Proven experience as a Creative Artworker or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects. ·      Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. ·      Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision. ·      Strong communication and collaboration skills. ·      Time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. ·      Familiarity with marketing principles and understanding of brand guidelines. Other Skills/Abilities we’re looking for: ·      Experience using Adobe Creative Suite. ·      Experience using WordPress. ·      Experience using mail marketing platforms (Mailchimp/Hubspot). ·      Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) & Google Docs Editors Benefits: A salary of £25,000 Working 8.30am until 5pm On site parking Duvet days Early finish on a Friday Pension 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Social nights INDAB
