The Role
This position is working for a busy subcontract machine shop. You will be completing one off’s and small batch work for the Oil & Gas, M.O.D, Pharma and Food industries.
CNC Turner
Main Responsibilities
· Program, Set & Operate CNC lathes (Hurco Conversational, G Code, Fanuc)
· Work from technical drawings to tight tolerances (10 microns).
· Produce high-quality precision components.
· Carry out first-off inspections.
· Maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process.
· Focus on process improvement.
CNC Turner
The Candidate
· Time served (or qualified through experience with strong CNC Turning skills).
· Confident with tooling, speeds and feeds.
· Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
· Must be able to program on CNC Turning machines.
· CNC Milling experience is desirable but not essential.

· Competitive salary
· Monthly target bonus – £100 once target output is hit, then an extra £100 per £10,000 of output.
· Pension – 5% employer, 3% employee
