CNC Turner The Company

Our client in Leeds are looking to expand their team by adding an CNC Turner to an already high performing team. Our client have been an established sub-contract engineering service since the 1970’s and have grown to be a very reputable company with a large client base where over 50% of clients they had when originally started still use them to this day. We’re looking for an experienced CNC Turner to set, operate, and carry out online programming on a variety of CNC machines. We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner to set, operate, and carry out online programming on a range of CNC machines.

CNC Turner Key Responsibilities

• Set, operate, and edit online program CNC turning machines (Siemens ShopTurn controls)
• Work with XYZ and DMG Mori machines.
• Machine various materials including stainless steel, aluminium, and plastics.
• Produce small to medium batch quantities to tight tolerances.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Maintain high standards of quality and workshop safety.
