RESIDENTIAL CHILDREN\’S SUPPORT WORKER – We are seeking experienced Residential Children\’s Support Workers to join our team in the Southampton area . Our organisation provides support to vulnerable children and young people in various settings, and we have immediate openings for Support Workers in Children\’s Residential Homes across SOUTHAMPTON and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with vulnerable children and young people and possess the emotional resilience, patience, and empathy required for this role. You will understand the importance of consistency and maintaining safe boundaries with the individuals you support, as they may exhibit challenging and unpredictable behaviours due to past traumatic experiences.
