Working across the following departments: Machine Shop, Saws, Fabrication, Finishing, Press Shop, you will be finishing parts using fettling / grinding tools.
Main Responsibilities:
- Loading materials onto machines.
- Use of hand linishing tools.
- Visual inspections.
- Operate power saws to cut, slot, groove, miter and trim components.
- Use of hand fettling / grinding tools / fixed belt grinders.
- Follow technical drawings.
- Bend and straighten metal.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow technical engineering drawings.
- Ability to use measuring equipment.
- Previous experience in parts finishing.
