Supporting the Head Gardener with the day-to-day running of garden maintenance projects.
Leading by example with exceptional horticultural standards and professionalism.
Taking ownership of garden visits when required, ensuring planned works are completed efficiently.
Understanding individual client requirements and seasonal maintenance programmes.
Using scheduling software to manage workloads and keep records up to date.
Previous experience within professional garden maintenance.
Strong horticultural knowledge and a genuine passion for gardening.
A keen eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
A full UK driving licence.
