Are you an organised and creative Sales & Marketing Assistant with a passion for fashion? Do you enjoy working across customer service, social media and marketing while helping to grow an exciting brand? If so, this Sales & Marketing Assistant role could be perfect for you.
This is a permanent, onsite opportunity based in Gravesend. The working hours are 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday. The salary is up to £30,000 depending on experience.
As the Sales & Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day sales and marketing function. You will be responsible for:
- Answering telephone calls
- Responding to customer service and marketing emails
- Monitoring and managing social media accounts
- Engaging with customers through social media messaging
- Liaising with influencers, PR contacts and stockists to build strong relationships and increase brand awareness
- Feeding back sales performance and customer insights to the directors
- Contributing to the development of new products by analysing customer feedback and keeping up to date with fashion trends
You will need:
