The Role:

  • Driving internal and external sales to meet and exceed branch targets while following company policies and procedures.

  • Managing stock levels and ensuring accurate stock control.
  • Keeping the branch clean, well-presented, and fully stocked with products and promotional materials.
  • Maintaining detailed customer records including sales, enquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Ensuring the Workshop is at capacity.
  • Handling time-keeping, attendance, and disciplinary processes in line with company procedures.
