Put your temporary recruitment experience to work in a senior role where you can take ownership of client relationships and help lead an established team. Kingdom People’s Bognor Regis office specialises in supplying temporary workers to the food, agricultural and horticultural sectors. We’re looking for an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys understanding clients’ businesses, supporting colleagues and making sure the right people are in the right place.

Working alongside our Senior Operations Manager, you’ll combine recruitment account management with hands on recruitment and day to day team leadership. Internally, your title will be Senior Client Account Consultant. You might already be a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Account Manager, or an experienced temporary recruitment consultant ready to step up into greater responsibility.

You can look forward to:

  • £38,000 basic salary, plus a car allowance and quarterly bonus.
  • Ownership of key client relationships, with the opportunity to develop existing accounts.
  • The chance to build your leadership experience, supporting colleagues and helping guide the team’s daily priorities.
  • A structured induction and ongoing mentoring, including training on our systems and support from your manager.
  • Variety across office and client sites, combining recruitment delivery with client meetings and operational problem solving.

Our clients depend on reliable staffing through changing demand and seasonal peaks. You’ll get to know their operations, anticipate what they need and help deliver a service they can trust. Your work will also help temporary workers find suitable assignments and receive clear communication and accurate pay.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Build strong relationships with key clients, understand their staffing requirements and coordinate suitable temporary workers.
  • Attend and lead client meetings and service reviews, resolving issues and following through on agreed actions.
  • Attract, interview and screen candidates using job boards, referrals and social media.
  • Support and coach colleagues, providing day to day leadership and cover when the Senior Operations Manager is unavailable.
  • Oversee accurate, timely weekly payroll for temporary workers.
  • Keep candidate records, compliance checks and client reporting accurate and up to date.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service and develop business within existing accounts.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • At least two years’ experience in a busy, high volume temporary recruitment environment supporting operations that run around the clock.
  • Leadership experience, or the confidence and ambition to take on greater responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients, workers and colleagues.
  • A practical approach to solving problems and organising competing priorities.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, confidence using recruitment systems and social media, and strong attention to detail.
  • A full UK driving licence for travel to client sites.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above, or equivalent qualifications.

Your usual hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm, on a 40 hour contract. You’ll also participate in the out of hours on call rota, with flexibility to support the operation on Saturdays and Sundays during peaks when required.

Apply with your CV and tell us about your experience in temporary recruitment and managing client relationships. We’d like to hear what you could bring to our Bognor Regis team.
