When a new starter needs reassurance or a shift needs last-minute cover, you’ll be the person who helps get things sorted. Kingdom People’s Bognor Regis team supplies temporary workers to the food, agricultural and horticultural sectors. We’re looking for an organised, approachable Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to support our workers and help our clients’ shifts run smoothly. You’ll work closely with supervisors, line leaders and our recruitment team, making sure workers arrive, understand their assignments and have someone they can turn to. It’s a varied, hands-on role where your communication and practical decisions will make a difference every day.

What you can look forward to:

  • £29,120 annual salary in a permanent, full-time position.
  • A structured induction and practical training covering client operations, recruitment systems and workforce coordination.
  • Support from our Bognor Regis team and Senior Operations Manager as you settle into the role.
  • Variety and responsibility, combining time with workers on site, client communication and recruitment administration.
  • The opportunity to develop your experience in temporary recruitment, people management and food industry operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Getting shifts off to a good start: welcome workers, check attendance and confirm everyone has reached the correct area and started work.
  • Responding quickly to staffing gaps: contact late or absent workers, arrange suitable replacements and keep the client updated.
  • Supporting supervisors and line leaders: coordinate staffing requirements, communicate changes and resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Helping new starters settle in: organise onboarding, deliver or support inductions and check that workers understand their assignments and site rules.
  • Being there for our temporary workers: answer questions, listen to concerns and support their welfare, attendance and performance.
  • Supporting recruitment: help attract, screen and select suitable candidates, maintaining worker availability for upcoming shifts and urgent cover.
  • Keeping the details right: check timesheets and payroll information, update worker records and maintain accurate compliance documentation.
  • Supporting reliable transport: help coordinate worker transport arrangements and respond to delays where required.
  • Improving the service: identify recurring problems and work with colleagues and clients to put practical solutions in place.

What you’ll bring:

  • You’ll have experience in onsite recruitment, workforce coordination, operations, customer service or another busy role involving regular contact with people.
  • Experience as a production team leader, shift supervisor or recruitment coordinator could also provide a useful foundation.
  • We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly and builds trust with workers, colleagues and clients.
  • Stays calm when plans change and can prioritise urgent tasks.
  • Takes ownership of problems and follows them through to resolution.
  • Works accurately with Microsoft Office, records, timesheets and administrative systems.
  • Has a good standard of written and spoken English and numeracy.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to reliable transport for travel between client sites when required.
  • A recruitment, customer service or people-management qualification would be useful, but is not essential.

Working pattern:

You’ll work 40 hours per week, flexibly across Monday to Saturday. The role requires flexibility for early starts and late finishes to meet client operating needs, plus participation in the out-of-hours on-call rota.

Apply with your CV and tell us about your experience supporting people and keeping a busy operation organised. We’d like to hear what you could bring to Kingdom People.
