Daily Duties:
- Preparing detailed architectural and technical drawings for residential developments
- Developing designs from concept through planning, technical and construction stages
- Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Assisting with planning submissions and addressing technical queries
- Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements
- Maintaining accurate drawing packages and technical documentation
- Supporting site visits and assisting with design coordination during construction
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Architectural Technician or equivalent experience within residential development
- Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit, with good IT skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator and effective team player
- Substantial UK based industry experience with recent Residential exposure
- Passionate about high-quality design and delivering well-considered residential schemes
