Fulfilment Manager

We’re recruiting for an experienced Fulfilment Manager to join a
fast growing, values led consumer business at an exciting stage
of its growth. This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll
take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the
fulfilment operation, leading and developing a team to deliver
excellent productivity, quality and customer service.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading, motivating and developing the fulfilment team
* Managing daily fulfilment, dispatch and order processes
* Planning staffing levels and resources to meet operational
demand
* Setting and monitoring KPIs, productivity and quality
* Identifying and implementing process improvements
* Creating and maintaining SOPs and work instructions
* Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Technology
teams
* Managing performance, absence, recruitment and employee
development
* Championing excellent Health & Safety standards
* Supporting the continued growth and development of the site
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Fulfilment, Warehouse or
Dispatch Manager who is comfortable working in a fast-paced,
hands-on environment.
You’ll ideally have:
* Previous experience managing a fulfilment or dispatch operation
* Experience within B2C, FMCG or a similar fast-moving
environment
* Strong people-management and leadership skills
* Confidence using cloud-based systems and technology
* Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
* The ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions
quickly
* A genuine interest in continuous improvement and developing
people
