Software Asset Coordinator

Software Asset Coordinator needed by my rapidly growing client. Were looking for a proactive and organised Software Asset Coordinator to help us get maximum value from the software and platforms we use every day. Youll be the go-to person for tracking licenses, monitoring usage, and supporting smarter decisions around software across the company. Youll report into the Head of Compliance and work closely with IT, finance and operational teams to help drive software adoption, avoid unnecessary costs, and make sure were fully aligned with all licensing agreements. Role and Responsibilities Keeping our central software register up to date licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and usage across the Group. Reviewing how our software is being used across departments. Spotting underused tools, duplicate systems, and cost-saving opportunities. Working with internal teams to encourage better adoption of existing platforms and tools.
