Graduate Process & Development Technologist

Salary: Β£28,000-Β£32,000 + Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Process &
Development Technologist to join a successful and growing food
manufacturing business in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity
for someone with a passion for food innovation to play a key role
in developing new products from concept through to commercial
launch.

Working within the Technical & NPD team, you'll be involved in
kitchen development, product formulation, factory trials,
shelf-life testing and supporting successful product launches.
You'll also prepare technical documentation, complete nutritional
calculations, liaise with customers and internal teams and help
ensure products meet the highest standards of quality, food
safety and compliance.

What we're looking for:

* Degree in Food Science, Product Development or similar - recent
graduates are encouraged to apply as full training will be
provided.
* Experience in food or beverage manufacturing, NPD, or process
development is desirable but not essential.
* Knowledge of food safety, quality systems and nutritional
labelling is advantageous.
* Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational
skills.
* A proactive approach with a genuine passion for product
development.
