Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery of civil and geo-structural design packages
- Develop, manage, and grow client relationships in the region
- Bring repeat work and contribute to new business generation
- Leadand support bids, fee proposals, and scope development
- Apply construction experience to ensure practical, buildable design
- Manageproject teams, resources, and budgets
- Mentor engineers and graduates
About you
- Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng, MICE or equivalent)
- Evidence of client ownership or developing client relationships
- Comfortable balancing technical delivery with commercial input
