We are recruiting a People Business Partner to join our People & Development Team. The Role
- Partner with senior leaders and managers to design and deliver departmental and organisational People Plans that drive meaningful change.
- Lead and support complex employee relations cases, providing fair, pragmatic advice rooted in best practice and UK employment legislation.
- Shape and deliver people projects and initiatives, from policy reviews and continuous improvement to organisational change and TUPE.
- Work closely with our Learning & Development Partner on talent, succession and strategic workforce planning.
- Interpret people data and KPIs to identify trends, shape interventions and help our leaders make confident, evidence‑based decisions about their teams.

About You
We are looking for someone who brings:
- A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or degree‑level / equivalent experience) and at least three years’ experience in a similar People or HR role.
- Confidence in building strong, trusted relationships and influencing at all levels, with sound judgement and commercial awareness.
- Solid working knowledge of UK employment legislation and data protection, together with experience of developing or reviewing people policies and procedures.
- An analytical, well‑organised approach, comfortable interpreting people data, producing clear reports and managing a varied workload.
