Our Cleaning Services Team plays a vital role in ensuring our estates, communal areas and outdoor spaces are clean, safe and welcoming for the people who live in our homes.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining communal areas within residential blocks, including stairs, landings, floors, doors and shared internal spaces.
- Cleaning and maintaining external areas surrounding our properties, such as bin stores, landscaped areas, car parks, play parks, and other shared outdoor spaces.
- Using appropriate equipment and machinery safely.
- Reporting any defects, damage or vandalism through the appropriate reporting systems.
- Completing required administrative tasks accurately, including digital record keeping.
