In this role, you'll act as a central point of contact for organisational support for the Kingdom Group’s internal and external customers, and support the Kingdom Group with organisational events and initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence how we work and help drive our mission.
Responsibilities
- Act as central point of contact for organisational support for internal and external customers
- Support the Kingdom Group with organisational events and initiatives
- Provide administrative support and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and projects
- Assist with data entry, record keeping and compliance with data protection and health & safety legislation
About You
- SVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong digital skills
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Strong focus on targets and outcomes, with the ability to work to deadlines
- Experience of working collaboratively
- Knowledge of Data Protection and Health and Safety legislation
