The Role
- As a Painter, you’ll:
- Work as part of the Asset Operations Team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.
- Carry out all required painting and decorating work in our properties, offices and any other buildings.
- Carry out multi skilled work such as basic plumbing, joinery and plaster works.
- Understand and follow risk assessments and method statements.
- Effectively use relevant online platforms/systems for record keeping, including recording of jobs and materials.
You will provide routine and emergency repairs in our customers homes, change of tenancy repairs in void properties and other categories of repairs and minor works in our properties and staff bases.

About You
Your areas of knowledge & expertise that matter most for this role:
- 4 year apprenticeship in relevant trade (SCQF 6)
- Previous experience in a Painter role
- The ability to carry out multiskilled work, including basic plumbing work
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
