As a Plumber you will work as part of the Asset Operations Team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience. Your duties will include:
- Carry out all required plumbing maintenance and repair work in our properties, offices and other buildings.
- Participate in the emergency on‑call rota.
- Provide routine and emergency repairs in our customers' homes, change‑of‑tenancy repairs in void properties and other categories of repairs, as well as minor works in our properties and staff bases.
Qualifications
- 4‑year apprenticeship (SCQF 7) + City & Guilds qualification for the Scottish and Northern Island Plumbers and Electrical Federation (SNIPEF).
- Ability to carry out multi‑skilled work, including basic joinery.
- Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence (Company vehicle driver status).
