As a key member of the team, you'll help ensure the seamless delivery of pay and benefits services, supporting our employees with professionalism, care, and expertise.

The Role

  • Update and maintain the payroll system.
  • Calculate statutory payments, including maternity and paternity pay.
  • Support pension administration in line with workplace auto-enrolment requirements.
  • Produce monthly reports to support payroll checking and reconciliation.
  • Prepare leave calculations.

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • HNC level qualification (or equivalent level Payroll qualification) or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of relevant experience.
  • Strong digital skills including spreadsheet analysing.
  • Strong understanding of Data Protection.
