This is an exciting opportunity to join our collaborative Pay & Benefits team, where we play a vital role in delivering an outstanding employee experience. As a key member of the team, you'll help ensure the seamless delivery of pay and benefits services, supporting our employees with professionalism, care, and expertise.

The Role
- Update and maintain the payroll system.
- Calculate statutory payments, including maternity and paternity pay.
- Support pension administration in line with workplace auto-enrolment requirements.
- Produce monthly reports to support payroll checking and reconciliation.
- Prepare leave calculations.

About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- HNC level qualification (or equivalent level Payroll qualification) or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Strong digital skills including spreadsheet analysing.
- Strong understanding of Data Protection.
