Salary: £30,129 to £32,760 per annum, pro rata

We are looking to recruit for Two Customer Support Advisors: 36 hours per week - Temporary based in Glenrothes till April 2028.

The Role

  • Work as part of the Customer Support Team to provide an outstanding, reliable and continually improving service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Respond to customer queries, in a timely manner, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Provide a proficient and professional reception service.
  • Help to deliver core customer journeys in rent payments, repairs, complaints and housing management issues for Group customers.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with colleagues across the organisation and external stakeholders.
  • Utilise and support the implementation and development of new systems and platforms.
