Kingdom Group is recruiting a Neighbourhood Officer to join our Mid Market Rent (MMR) Neighbourhood Team in Glenrothes. You will deliver a high quality, customer-focused housing management service to MMR customers, helping to keep neighbourhoods safe and tenancies sustainable.
The role involves managing cases such as:
- anti-social behaviour
- rent arrears
- supporting vulnerable customers
- handling lettings for MMR and social housing
- working with partners to provide welfare and safeguarding
